History
Tulare Dairy Herd Improvement Association was organized in Tulare County in 1910 by dairy producers to provide a high standard of cow testing to dairy producers. Today, Tulare D.H.I.A. provides this same quality of service to over 200 dairies in our area and is considered one of the largest Dairy Herd Improvement Associations in the nation.
