Founded in Tulare County in 1910 by dairy producers, Tulare Dairy Herd Improvement Association was built on a shared commitment to accurate, dependable cow testing.
More than a century later, that commitment remains at the heart of what we do. Today, Tulare D.H.I.A. proudly serves over 200 dairies and is recognized as one of the largest Dairy Herd Improvement Associations in the nation.
